KWrites4You provides editorial, publishing, and content consulting services. This includes reviewing manuscripts, business manuals, works in progress, and offering writing guidance.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue services at any time.

Refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases of misconduct or abuse.

2. Payments and Transactions

All services are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through Cash App, and Zelle.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refund a service at our discretion.

Apply late fees or pause work if payment terms are not met.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, timely information.

Respect communication boundaries and timelines.

Not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or plagiarized.

KWrites4You has the right to cancel services if any part of this agreement is violated.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client materials are treated as confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless written permission is provided.

5. Copyright and Ownership

Clients retain full rights to their original content.

Edited, reviewed, or written materials are not claimed by KWrites4You unless contracted otherwise.

Our website content, logos, guides, and visuals are owned by KWrites4You and protected by copyright law. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute our materials without written consent.

6. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate feedback, guidance, and publishing support. However, we are not liable for:

Website or service interruptions.

Errors in content supplied by the client.

Financial or reputational losses due to changes that are not disclosed to us.

All services are provided with a "money back guarantee" if you are not completely satisfied with our services. Revisions are limited and follow additional editorial guidelines.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our site or services, you agree not to:

Use hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language.

Spam, promote unrelated content, or use our contact forms for solicitation.

Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to disable access or terminate services for violations.
